Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17409

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The supplication of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was:
(O Allah! Do not entrust me to my own self even for the blink of an eye, and do not take away from me the good of what You have given me.)
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Ibrahim bin Yazid al-Khuzi, who is matruk (abandoned).
