Book of Supplications
بَابُ الْأَدْعِيَةِ الْمَأْثُورَةِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - الَّتِي دَعَا بِهَا ، وَعَلَّمَهَا .

وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنِّي أَدْعُو بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ غَدْوَةٍ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فَسَلِ اللَّهَ الْعَافِيَةَ " . رَوَاهُ كُلَّهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ بِأَسَانِيدَ ، وَرِجَالُ بَعْضِهَا رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، وَهُوَ حَسَنُ الْحَدِيثِ .
In one narration the words are: I said: O Messenger of Allah! I supplicate for something from morning until evening. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Ask Allah Almighty for well-being.
Al-Tabarani recorded all of these narrations with various chains, the narrators of some of which are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Yazid bin Abi Ziyad, who is hasan al-hadith (good in hadith).
