Majma al-Zawaid 17222 — A servant asking for all his needs, and asking

Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) says: "Ask Allah Almighty for everything, even a sandal strap (that is, ask Him for it too), for if Allah Almighty does not grant it, it will not become available."
Imam Abu Ya'la recorded this narration, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numayr, and he is thiqah (trustworthy).
