Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17208

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whichever Muslim turns himself towards Allah Almighty while asking, Allah Almighty grants him that thing: either that thing reaches him, or else Allah Almighty stores (a corresponding reward) for that person."
Imam Ahmad recorded this narration; its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy), and there is disagreement about some of them.
