Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17207

Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah bin Haydah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Allah Almighty says: I am as My servant thinks of Me."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration; its chain contains a narrator, Yuhannas bin Ibrahim, and I do not know him. The remaining narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy). Hadiths about holding a good opinion (of Allah) have already passed before this in the Book of Funerals.
