Sayyiduna Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The words (suitable to recite) for a distressed person are:
'Allahumma rahmataka arju, fa-la takilni ila nafsi tarfata 'aynin, aslih li sha'ni kullah'
(O Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for; do not leave me to myself even for the blink of an eye, and set right all my affairs.)"
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its chain is hasan (good).
