Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17123

Sayyiduna Uthman bin Abi al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When the wind called "al-Shamal" (the north wind) blew strongly, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would recite:
'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min sharri ma ursila fiha' (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what has been sent in it.)
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Rahman bin Ishaq Abu Shaybah, who is da'if (weak).
