Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17121

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When a strong wind blew, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would recite: 'Allahumma inni as'aluka min khayri ma umirat bih, wa a'udhu bika min sharri ma umirat bih' (O Allah, I ask You for the good of what this wind has been commanded with, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of what it has been commanded with.)
