Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17096

Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever remembers Allah during his journey and engages in His remembrance, an angel joins him; and whoever recites poetry and the like, a devil joins him."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its chain is hasan (good).
