Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17073

Sayyiduna Ubadah bin al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and complained to him of a feeling of loneliness and dread, so he ordered him to keep a pair of pigeons.
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains al-Salt bin al-Jarrah, whom I do not know; the remaining narrators of this report are the narrators of the Sahih.
