Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever recites these words after the Fajr prayer: 'La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, yuhyi wa yumitu, biyadihil-khayr, wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir'
(There is no deity except Allah Almighty; He alone is the deity, He has no partner; to Him alone belongs the dominion and to Him alone belongs all praise; He gives life and He gives death; all good is in His hand, and He has power over all things)
whoever recites them one hundred times before changing the position of his legs will be, on that day, the most excellent of the people of the earth in deeds, except for the one who recited as much as he did or more than he did."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and the narrators of al-Mu'jam al-Awsat are thiqat (trustworthy).
