Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 16826

Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) states that she heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever recites: 'La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu' (There is no deity except Allah; He alone is the deity, He has no partner), Allah Almighty records for him such-and-such a number of good deeds.
Tabarani recorded it, and its chain is hasan (good).
