Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 16755

Sayyidah Umm Anas (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that she submitted: O Messenger of Allah, advise me. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Abandon sins, for that is the most virtuous emigration (hijrah); carry out the obligatory duties regularly, for that is the most virtuous jihad; and remember Allah abundantly, for you will not bring before Allah Almighty anything more beloved to Him than remembering Him abundantly."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Ishaq bin Ibrahim bin Nistas, who is da'if (weak). I say: This lady is the mother of Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him).
