وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ ثَلَاثُونَ كَذَّابًا ، مِنْهُمْ : مُسَلِيمَةُ ، وَالْعَنْسِيُّ ، وَالْمُخْتَارُ ، وَشَرُّ قَبَائِلِ الْعَرَبِ بَنُو أُمَيَّةَ ، وَبَنُو حَنِيفَةَ ، وَثَقِيفٌ " . رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ زُبَالَةَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Hour will not be established until thirty liars (that is, false claimants to prophethood) come forth; among them are Musaylimah, al-Ansi and al-Mukhtar. And the worst of the tribes of the Arabs are Banu Umayyah, Banu Hanifah and Thaqif."
