وَعَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ قَالَ : قُلْتُ لِلْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ : الشِّيعَةُ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا يَرْجِعُ ؟ قَالَ : كَذَبَ أُولَئِكَ الْكَذَّابُونَ ، لَوْ عَلِمْنَا ذَلِكَ مَا تَزَوَّجَ نِسَاؤُهُ ، وَلَا قَسَمْنَا مِيرَاثَهُ . رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ جَيِّدٌ .
Asim bin Damrah narrates: I said to Sayyiduna Imam Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): "The Shi'ah claim that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) will come back (to the world)." He said: "Those people are liars and they lie. If we had known that, his wives would not have married again, nor would we have divided his inheritance."
