Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about Zayd bin Amr bin Nufayl. We said: "O Messenger of Allah! He used to face the qiblah and say: 'My religion is the religion of Sayyiduna Ibrahim (peace be upon him), and my God is the God of Sayyiduna Ibrahim (peace be upon him),' and he used to pray and prostrate." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He is a nation by himself, who will be raised between me and Sayyiduna Isa bin Maryam (peace be upon him) (as a nation)."
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about Waraqah bin Nawfal, that he used to face the qiblah and say: "My God is the God of Zayd, and my religion is the religion of Zayd," and then he would turn and recite these verses:
"You were rightly guided, O Ibn Amr, and you did well; you kept away from a furnace of blazing fire, by your religion, a religion like which there is no other, and you left the gardens of the mountains just as they were."
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I saw him walking in the middle of Paradise, wearing a robe made of fine silk (sundus)."
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about Sayyidah Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her), and he said: "I saw her in a house made of pearl on the bank of one of the rivers of Paradise, in which there is no weariness and no toil."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih except Mujalid, though he has been declared trustworthy, and
this is among his good hadith; the majority have declared this narrator da'if (weak).
