Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 15953

Sayyiduna Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) was bold enough to ask the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about various things that no one else would ask him about.
(Allamah al-Haythami said:) I say: Then the narrator mentioned the full hadith.
Abdullah bin Ahmad recorded it in al-Musnad within a long hadith on the signs of prophethood, and the remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
