بَابٌ فِي بَوْلِ الصَّبِيِّ وَالْجَارِيَةِ .

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : جَاءَتْ أُمُّ الْفَضْلِ بِنْتُ الْحَارِثِ بِأُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتِ الْعَبَّاسِ ، فَوَضَعَتْهَا فِي حِجْرِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَبَالَتْ ، فَاخْتَلَجَتْهَا أُمُّ الْفَضْلِ ، ثُمَّ لَكَمَتْ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيْهَا ، ثُمَّ اخْتَلَجَتْهَا ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " أَعْطِنِي قَدَحًا مِنْ مَاءٍ " فَصَبَّهُ عَلَى مَبَالِهَا ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : " اسْكُبُوا الْمَاءَ فِي سَبِيلِ الْبَوْلِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، ضَعَّفَهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُو زُرْعَةَ وَأَبُو حَاتِمٍ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَعِينٍ فِي رِوَايَةٍ وَوَثَّقَهُ فِي أُخْرَى .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، ضَعَّفَهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُو زُرْعَةَ وَأَبُو حَاتِمٍ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَعِينٍ فِي رِوَايَةٍ وَوَثَّقَهُ فِي أُخْرَى .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Sayyidah Umm al-Fadl bint al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with her) (who was the wife of Sayyiduna al-Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)) brought Umm Habibah (may Allah be pleased with her), the daughter of Sayyiduna al-Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), and seated her in the lap of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The girl urinated, so Sayyidah Umm al-Fadl (may Allah be pleased with her) snatched her away and struck her between her shoulders, then snatched her away again. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Give me a bowl of water! The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) poured that water over the urine. Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Pour water over the place of urine.
Imam Ahmad recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Husayn bin Abdullah, whom Imam Ahmad, Abu Zur'ah, Abu Hatim, Imam al-Nasa'i (may Allah have mercy on him) and, according to one report, Yahya bin Ma'in declared "da'if (weak)", while according to another report he declared him "thiqah (trustworthy)".
