وَعَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ فِي تَسْمِيَةِ مَنْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ مُرْسَلًا ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Ibn Shihab, among the names of those who took part in the Battle of Badr with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), mentioned Sayyiduna Hamzah bin Abd al-Muttalib bin Abd Manaf (may Allah be pleased with him).
