وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ أَبِي حُبَيْشٍ سَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَتْ : إِنِّي أَسْتَحَاضُ ، فَقَالَ : " دَعِي الصَّلَاةَ أَيَّامَ حَيْضَتِكِ ، ثُمَّ اغْتَسِلِي وَتَوَضَّئِي عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ وَإِنْ قَطَرَ الدَّمُ عَلَى الْحَصِيرِ " .
قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا قَوْلِهِ : " وَإِنْ قَطَرَ الدَّمُ عَلَى الْحَصِيرِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ مِنْ طَرِيقِ عُرْوَةَ وَلَمْ يَنْسُبْهُ ، فَقِيلَ : هُوَ عُرْوَةُ الْمُزْنِيُّ ، وَهُوَ مَجْهُولٌ ، وَقِيلَ : عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ ، وَلَمْ يَسْمَعْ حَبِيبٌ مِنْهُ ، وَحَبِيبٌ مُدَلِّسٌ ، وَقَدْ عَنْعَنَهُ .
قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا قَوْلِهِ : " وَإِنْ قَطَرَ الدَّمُ عَلَى الْحَصِيرِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ مِنْ طَرِيقِ عُرْوَةَ وَلَمْ يَنْسُبْهُ ، فَقِيلَ : هُوَ عُرْوَةُ الْمُزْنِيُّ ، وَهُوَ مَجْهُولٌ ، وَقِيلَ : عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ ، وَلَمْ يَسْمَعْ حَبِيبٌ مِنْهُ ، وَحَبِيبٌ مُدَلِّسٌ ، وَقَدْ عَنْعَنَهُ .
Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Fatimah bint Abi Hubaysh asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). She said: "I suffer from istihadah (irregular bleeding)." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Leave the prayer during the days of your menstruation, then take the ritual bath (ghusl), and perform ablution (wudu) at the time of every prayer, even if drops of blood fall on the mat." Allamah al-Haythami says: I say:
This report is in the "Sahih", but without these words: "even if drops of blood fall on the mat."
Imam Ahmad recorded it by way of Urwah without stating his lineage. According to one view this is Urwah al-Muzani, who is majhul (unknown); according to another view it is Urwah bin al-Zubayr, but the narrator Habib did not hear from him. The narrator Habib is a mudallis (one who conceals defects in the chain), and he
narrated it with "'an'anah" (using "from").
