عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " يَا عَائِشَةُ ، كُنْتُ لَكِ كَأَبِي زَرْعٍ لِأُمِّ زَرْعٍ إِلَّا أَنَّ أَبَا زَرْعٍ طَلَّقَ ، وَأَنَا لَا أُطَلِّقُ " .
قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ قَوْلِهِ : " إِلَّا أَنَّ أَبَا زَرْعٍ طَلَّقَ ، وَأَنَا لَا أُطَلِّقُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَعَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْمُسَاحِقِيُّ ، وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ وَضَعَّفَهُ جَمَاعَةٌ ، وَعَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زُبَالَةَ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ فِيهِ ضَعْفٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ . وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَتْ بَقِيَّةُ طُرُقِهِ فِي النِّكَاحِ .
قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ قَوْلِهِ : " إِلَّا أَنَّ أَبَا زَرْعٍ طَلَّقَ ، وَأَنَا لَا أُطَلِّقُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَعَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْمُسَاحِقِيُّ ، وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ وَضَعَّفَهُ جَمَاعَةٌ ، وَعَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زُبَالَةَ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ فِيهِ ضَعْفٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ . وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَتْ بَقِيَّةُ طُرُقِهِ فِي النِّكَاحِ .
Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Aishah! I am to you as Abu Zar' was to Umm Zar', except that Abu Zar' divorced her, and I will not divorce." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say:
This narration is mentioned in the Sahih, but it does not contain these words: "except that Abu Zar' divorced, and I will not divorce."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator whom I do not know, and a narrator, Abd al-Jabbar bin Sa'id al-Musahiqi, whom Ibn Hibban declared trustworthy and a group declared weak, and a narrator, Abd al-Aziz bin Muhammad bin Zubalah, whom I do not know, and a narrator, Abd al-Rahman bin Abi al-Zinad, in whom there is weakness. The rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy). The remaining chains of this narration have passed in the Book of Marriage.
