وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ قَالَ : لَمَّا تُوُفِّيَتْ خَدِيجَةُ ، اشْتَدَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - حَتَّى[خُشِيَ عَلَيْهِ ] حَتَّى تَزَوَّجَ عَائِشَةَ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ مُرْسَلًا ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Abdullah bin Ubayd bin Umayr narrates: When Sayyidah Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) passed away, this caused the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) intense distress, to the extent that there was fear on his account, until he married Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her).
