عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ بَكَّارٍ قَالَ : وَأُمُّ بَنِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَبَنَاتِهِ غَيْرَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ : خَدِيجَةُ بِنْتُ خُوَيْلِدٍ - وَكَانَتْ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ : الطَّاهِرَةُ - بْنِ أَسَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعُزَّى بْنِ قُصَيٍّ ، وَأُمُّهَا : فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ زَائِدَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، وَهُوَ الْأَصَمُّ بْنُ حُجْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ مَعِيصِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ لُؤَيٍّ ، وَأُمُّهَا هَالَةُ بِنْتُ عَبْدِ مَنَافِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ مُنْقِذِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَعِيصِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ لُؤَيٍّ ، وَأُمُّهَا : الْعَرِقَةُ ، وَاسْمُهَا قِلَابَةُ بِنْتُ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ هَصِيصِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ لُؤَيٍّ . وَحِبَّانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ - أَخُو هَالَةَ لِأَبِيهَا وَأَمِّهَا - هُوَ الَّذِي رَمَى سَعْدَ بْنَ مُعَاذٍ - رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ - يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ ، فَقَالَ : خُذْهَا وَأَنَا ابْنُ الْعَرِقَةِ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " عَرَّقَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَكَ فِي النَّارِ " . فَأَصَابَ أَكْحَلْ سَعْدٍ - رَحِمَ اللَّهُ سَعْدًا - فَمَاتَ شَهِيدًا .
وَكَانَتْ خَدِيجَةُ بِنْتُ خُوَيْلِدٍ قَبْلَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عِنْدَ عَتِيقِ بْنِ عَائِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَخْزُومٍ فَوَلَدَتْ لَهُ هِنْدَ بْنَ عَتِيقٍ ، ثُمَّ خَلَفَ عَلَيْهَا أَبُو هَالَةَ مَالِكُ بْنُ نَبَّاشِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ وَقْدَانَ بْنِ حَبِيبِ بْنِ سَلَامَةَ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ مِنْ بَنِي أَسَدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ تَمِيمٍ حَلِيفُ بَنِي عَبْدِ الدَّارِ بْنِ قُصَيٍّ ، فَوَلَدَتْ لَهُ هِنْدًا وَهَالَةَ ، فَهِنْدُ بْنُ عَتِيقِ بْنِ عَايِدٍ ، وَهِنْدُ وَهَالَةُ ابْنَا أَبِي هَالَةَ مَالِكِ بْنِ نَبَّاشِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ ، إِخْوَةُ وَلَدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - مِنْ خَدِيجَةَ بِنْتِ خُوَيْلِدٍ مِنْ أُمِّهِمْ .
وَكَانَتْ خَدِيجَةُ بِنْتُ خُوَيْلِدٍ قَبْلَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عِنْدَ عَتِيقِ بْنِ عَائِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَخْزُومٍ فَوَلَدَتْ لَهُ هِنْدَ بْنَ عَتِيقٍ ، ثُمَّ خَلَفَ عَلَيْهَا أَبُو هَالَةَ مَالِكُ بْنُ نَبَّاشِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ وَقْدَانَ بْنِ حَبِيبِ بْنِ سَلَامَةَ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ مِنْ بَنِي أَسَدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ تَمِيمٍ حَلِيفُ بَنِي عَبْدِ الدَّارِ بْنِ قُصَيٍّ ، فَوَلَدَتْ لَهُ هِنْدًا وَهَالَةَ ، فَهِنْدُ بْنُ عَتِيقِ بْنِ عَايِدٍ ، وَهِنْدُ وَهَالَةُ ابْنَا أَبِي هَالَةَ مَالِكِ بْنِ نَبَّاشِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ ، إِخْوَةُ وَلَدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - مِنْ خَدِيجَةَ بِنْتِ خُوَيْلِدٍ مِنْ أُمِّهِمْ .
Al-Zubayr bin Bakkar states: Apart from Sayyiduna Ibrahim (may Allah be pleased with him), the mother of the sons and all the daughters of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is Sayyidah Khadijah bint Khuwaylid (may Allah be pleased with her), who in the time of Jahiliyyah was called al-Tahirah, (her lineage being Khadijah bint Khuwaylid) bin Asad bin Abd al-Uzza bin Qusayy. Her mother's name was Fatimah bint Za'idah bin Jundub; this Jundub is al-Asamm bin Hujr bin Abd Ma'is bin Amir bin Lu'ayy. The name of Fatimah bint Za'idah's mother was Halah bint Abd Manaf bin al-Harith bin Munqidh bin Amr bin Ma'is bin Amir bin Lu'ayy, and that lady's mother was al-Ariqah, whose actual name was Qilabah; she was the daughter of Sa'd bin Sahl bin Amr bin Husays bin Ka'b bin Lu'ayy. Hibban bin Abd Manaf was the full brother of this lady Halah. He is the man who shot an arrow at Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him) at the Battle of the Trench and said: "Take that, and I am Ibn al-Ariqah!" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "May Allah Almighty make your face sweat in the Fire." That arrow struck the vein of Sayyiduna Sa'd's arm (may Allah be pleased with him), and because of it he was martyred. Before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), Sayyidah Khadijah bint Khuwaylid (may Allah be pleased with her) had married Atiq bin A'idh bin Abdullah bin Amr bin Makhzum, and she bore him a son, Hind bin Atiq. After that, Abu Halah Malik bin Nabbash bin Zurarah bin Waqdan bin Habib bin Salamah bin Adi married her; he belonged to Banu Asad bin Amr bin Tamim and was an ally of Banu Abd al-Dar bin Qusayy. Sayyidah Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) bore him his sons Hind and Halah. So Hind bin Atiq bin A'idh, and Hind and Halah, the two sons of Abu Halah Malik bin Nabbash bin Zurarah, are the siblings, through their mother Sayyidah Khadijah bint Khuwaylid (may Allah be pleased with her), of the children of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
