وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " كُلُّ سَبَبٍ وَنَسَبٍ مُنْقَطِعٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، إِلَّا سَبَبِي وَنَسَبِي " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "On the Day of Resurrection every tie and lineage will be cut off, except my tie and my lineage."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
