وَعَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ عُمَيْسٍ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ لِعَلِيٍّ : " أَنْتَ مِنِّي بِمَنْزِلَةِ هَارُونَ مِنْ مُوسَى إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ بَعْدِي نَبِيٌّ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ عَلِيٍّ ، وَهِيَ ثِقَةٌ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ عَلِيٍّ ، وَهِيَ ثِقَةٌ .
Sayyidah Asma' bint Umays (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): "You are to me as Sayyiduna Harun (peace be upon him) was to Sayyiduna Musa (peace be upon him), except that there will be no prophet after me."
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it. Ahmad's narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Fatimah bint Ali, and she is thiqah (trustworthy).
