Majma al-Zawaid 14496 — The description of Uthman
وَعَنْ أُمِّ مُوسَى قَالَتْ : كَانَ عُثْمَانُ مِنْ أَجْمَلِ النَّاسِ .
رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، غَيْرُ أُمِّ مُوسَى وَهِيَ ثِقَةٌ .

Umm Musa narrates: Sayyiduna Uthman al-Ghani (may Allah be pleased with him) was the most handsome of people.
