وَعَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ الْفَيْضُ بْنُ وَثِيقٍ ، وَهُوَ كَذَّابٌ .

Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "We (that is, the prophets (peace be upon them)) are not inherited from; whatever we leave behind is charity."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, al-Fayd bin Wathiq, and he is a kadhdhab (liar).
