وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : " فَأَيْنَمَا أَدْرَكَتْ رَجُلًا مِنْ أُمَّتِي الصَّلَاةُ فَعِنْدَهُ مَسْجِدُهُ وَعِنْدَهُ طَهُورُهُ " .
قُلْتُ : رَوَى التِّرْمِذِيُّ طَرَفًا مِنْهُ . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ بِنَحْوِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " وَبُعِثْتُ إِلَى كُلِّ أَبْيَضَ وَأَسْوَدَ " ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ ثِقَاتٌ .
قُلْتُ : رَوَى التِّرْمِذِيُّ طَرَفًا مِنْهُ . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ بِنَحْوِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " وَبُعِثْتُ إِلَى كُلِّ أَبْيَضَ وَأَسْوَدَ " ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ ثِقَاتٌ .
In one narration the wording is: "Wherever the time of prayer finds any individual of my Ummah, there is his place of prayer and there is his means of purification." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Imam al-Tirmidhi has recorded a part of it.
Imam Ahmad recorded it, and al-Tabarani recorded something similar, except that he narrated these words: "I have been sent to every fair-skinned and dark-skinned person." Imam Ahmad's narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
