وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَسَنَةَ قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - تَوَضَّأَ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عَمْرُو بْنُ عَبْدِ الْغَفَّارِ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكُ الْحَدِيثِ .

Sayyiduna Abd al-Rahman bin Hasanah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him); he performed ablution and wiped over his leather socks.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Amr bin Abd al-Ghaffar, and he is matruk al-hadith (abandoned in hadith).
