وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " إِنَّ لِلَّهِ خَلْقًا خَلَقَهُمْ لِحَوَائِجِ النَّاسِ ، تَفْزَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِمْ فِي حَوَائِجِهِمْ ، أُولَئِكَ الْآمِنُونَ مِنْ عَذَابِ اللَّهِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ وَضَعَّفَهُ وَحَسَّنَ حَدِيثَهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ طَارِقٍ الرَّاوِي عَنْهُ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty has some creatures whom He created for fulfilling people's needs; people turn to them for their needs. Those people will be safe from the punishment of Allah."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Rahman bin Ayyub, whom al-Tirmidhi declared da'if (weak) while grading his hadith hasan (good); the one who narrates from him is Ahmad bin Tariq, and I do not know him; the rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
