Majma al-Zawaid 13685 — Noble character and pardoning one who wrongs
وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " مَكَارِمُ الْأَخْلَاقِ مِنْ أَعْمَالِ الْجَنَّةِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ فِي حَدِيثٍ تَقَدَّمَ فِي الضِّيَافَةِ .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Noble character is among the deeds of Paradise." Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, within a hadith that has already passed in the chapter on hospitality.
