Love for people what you love for yourself
Majma al-Zawaid 13667 — Love for people what you love for yourself
عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْقَسَرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ لِجَدِّهِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَسَدٍ : " أَحِبَّ لِلنَّاسِ مَا تُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِكَ " .
Khalid bin Abdullah al-Qasri transmits from his father this statement of his grandfather: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to their grandfather, Sayyiduna Yazid bin Asad (may Allah be pleased with him): "Love for people what you love for yourself."
