وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ كَفَلَ يَتِيمًا لَهُ ذُو قَرَابَةٍ أَوْ لَا قَرَابَةَ لَهُ فَأَنَا وَهُوَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ كَهَاتَيْنِ - وَضَمَّ إِصْبَعَيْهِ - وَمَنْ سَعَى عَلَى ثَلَاثِ بَنَاتٍ فَهُوَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ ، وَكَانَ لَهُ كَأَجْرِ مُجَاهِدٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ صَائِمًا قَائِمًا " . رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ لَيْثُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ ، وَهُوَ مُدَلِّسٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever takes care of an orphan, whether a relative or not a relative, he and I will be in Paradise like (these two fingers)." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said this while joining his two fingers together (and then said): "Whoever raises three daughters will go to Paradise, and he will receive a reward like that of a mujahid in the path of Allah who fasts and stands in prayer."
