وَعَنْهُ قَالَ : رُبُعُ مَنْ لَا يَلْبَسُونَ الثِّيَابَ مِنَ السُّودَانِ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ النَّاسِ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، غَيْرَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ثَبْتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: A quarter of the black people who do not wear clothes are more numerous than all (other) people.
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except Abdullah bin Ahmad bin Hanbal, who is thiqah (trustworthy) and thabt (firmly reliable).
