عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً جَاءَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَ : " يَا عَائِشَةُ ، تَعْرِفِينَ هَذِهِ ؟ " قَالَتْ : لَا يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ . قَالَ : " هَذِهِ قَيْنَةُ بَنِي فُلَانٍ ، تُحِبِّينَ أَنْ تُغَنِّيَكِ ؟ " . قَالَتْ : نَعَمْ . فَأَعْطَتْهَا طَبَقًا فَغَنَّتْهَا ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " قَدْ نَفَخَ الشَّيْطَانُ فِي مَنْخِرَيْهَا " . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna al-Sa'ib bin Yazid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A woman came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Aishah! Do you know her? She submitted: No, O Prophet of Allah! The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: This is the singing-girl of Banu so-and-so. Would you like her to sing for you? Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) replied: Yes. Then Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) gave her a tray, and that woman sang for her. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Satan has blown into her nostrils.
