Majma al-Zawaid 13328 — Some poetry is wisdom and some eloquence

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Indeed, some eloquence is magic, and indeed, some poetry is wisdom."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains al-Abbas bin al-Fadl al-Azraq, and he is matruk (abandoned).
