Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 13325

Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Indeed, some poetry is wisdom."
Al-Bazzar, and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, recorded it with various chains. The narrators of one of al-Bazzar's chains are the narrators of the Sahih, except Ali bin Harb al-Mawsili, and he is thiqah (trustworthy).
