Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 13264

Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) heard a man saying to another man: "Come, let me gamble with you." So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that man to give charity.
Abu Ya'la recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Mu'awiyah bin Yahya al-Sadafi, and he is da'if (weak).
