Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 13252

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) reported this, probably as a marfu' hadith (from the Prophet). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the sun sets, keep your children (indoors), for it is an hour in which the devils spread out."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Layth bin Abi Sulaym, and he is a mudallis. The rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
