Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 13251

Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered us to (before sleeping at night) shut the doors, cover the vessels, tie up the mouths of the waterskins and put out the lamp.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat from his teacher Muhammad bin al-Abbas, and I do not know him. The rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy), except Kuhayl Abu Salamah bin Kuhayl, whose case is different; I do not know him.
