بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنْ مُبَاشَرَةِ الرَّجُلِ الرَّجُلَ وَالْمَرْأَةِ الْمَرْأَةَ
The prohibition of a man lying with a man and a woman with a woman under one cover

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا يُبَاشِرُ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ وَلَا تُبَاشِرُ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمَرْأَةَ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ عَنْ شَيْخِهِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، أَبِي عُمَرَ الضَّرِيرِ ، وَفِي الْمِيزَانِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ فَإِنْ كَانَ هُوَ هَذَا فَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No man should lie in bodily contact with another man, nor a woman with another woman."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat from his teacher Muhammad bin Uthman bin Sa'id Abu Umar al-Darir. In al-Mizan it is mentioned that this narrator is Muhammad bin Uthman bin Sa'id al-Misri; if he is the same person, then he is da'if (weak). The rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
