وَعَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ جَابِرًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُبَاشِرُ الرَّجُلَ ، فَقَالَ جَابِرٌ : زَجَرَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنْ ذَلِكَ وَسَأَلْتُ جَابِرًا عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تُبَاشِرُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَقَالَ : نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَفِيهِ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ وَهُوَ حَسَنُ الْحَدِيثِ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Abu al-Zubayr narrates: I asked Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) about a man who lies in bodily contact with another man. Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that." I asked Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) about a woman who lies in bodily contact with another woman, and he said: "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade doing that."
Ahmad recorded it. Its chain contains Ibn Lahi'ah, in whom there is weakness, and he is hasan al-hadith (sound in hadith). The rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
