Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 13168

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a man says something and then looks around, it is a trust."
This narration was recorded by Imam Abu Ya'la from his teacher Jubarah bin Mughallis, who is extremely da'if (weak); Ibn Numayr says: He is saduq (truthful). The remaining narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy).
