وَلِعُثْمَانَ عِنْدَ الْبَزَّارِ أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَكَلَ خُبْزًا وَلَحْمًا ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ .
ضُعِّفَ إِسْنَادُهُ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ ثِقَاتٌ
ضُعِّفَ إِسْنَادُهُ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ ثِقَاتٌ
Imam al-Bazzar recorded this report from Sayyiduna Uthman al-Ghani (may Allah be pleased with him): He saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him); he (peace and blessings be upon him) ate bread and meat and then prayed without performing ablution again.
Its chain has been declared da'if (weak); the narrators of Imam Ahmad's chain are thiqat (trustworthy).
