Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abi Umamah al-Balawi, whose (that is, Abu Umamah's) name was Iyas bin Tha'labah and who had the honour of being a Companion of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he (that is, Abdullah) narrates this statement of his father: The Messenger of Allah commanded us to perform ablution after "ghamr" (that is, after eating something cooked), and that none of us should cause harm to another.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this report in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, al-Waqidi, who is da'if (weak).
