بَابُ مَا نُهِيَ عَنْ سَبِّهِ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ وَمَا يَفْعَلُ بِالدَّابَّةِ إِذَا أُجِيبَ فِي لَعْنِهَا

وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ :
كُنَّا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَلَدَغَتْ رَجُلًا بُرْغُوثٌ ، فَلَعَنَهَا ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَا تَلْعَنْهَا ، فَإِنَّهَا نَبَّهَتْ نَبِيًّا مِنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ لِلصَّلَاةِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَالْبَزَّارُ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " لَا تَسُبُّهُ ، فَإِنَّهُ أَيْقَظَ نَبِيًّا مِنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ لِصَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ " .
وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَلَفْظُهُ : ذُكِرَتِ الْبَرَاغِيثُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَقَالَ : " إِنَّهَا تُوقِظُ لِلصَّلَاةِ " .
وَرِجَالُ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ ثِقَاتٌ ، وَفِي سَعِيدِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ ضَعْفٌ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .
وَفِي إِسْنَادِ الْبَزَّارِ سُوَيْدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ عَدِيٍّ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِمَا رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We were with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when a flea bit a man, and he cursed it. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not curse it, for it woke a prophet for the prayer."
Abu Ya'la and al-Bazzar recorded it, but he recorded these words: "Do not revile it, for it woke a prophet for the morning (Fajr) prayer." Al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat
recorded it, and his wording is: "Fleas were mentioned before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he said: 'It wakes one for the prayer.'" The narrators of al-Tabarani are thiqat (trustworthy), and there is weakness in the narrator Sa'id bin Bashir, though he is thiqah. The chain of al-Bazzar contains a narrator, Suwayd bin Ibrahim, whom Ibn Adi and others declared thiqah (trustworthy), and there is weakness in him. The rest of the narrators of both are the narrators of the Sahih.
