Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 12946

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (Allah Almighty says:) "The glance is a poisoned arrow from among the arrows of Satan. Whoever abandons it out of fear of Me, I will give him in exchange a faith whose sweetness he will feel in his heart."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Abd al-Rahman bin Ishaq al-Wasiti, who is da'if (weak).
