Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 12943

Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Any Muslim who, after looking at the beauty of a woman, lowers his gaze, Allah Almighty grants him an act of worship whose sweetness he (that person) feels."
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it, but he (al-Tabarani) narrated these words: "his eye falls upon a woman for the first time." Its chain contains Ali bin Yazid al-Alhani, who is matruk (abandoned).
