بَابٌ فِيمَنْ تَخَطَّى حَلْقَةَ قَوْمٍ
One who steps over a circle of people

عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ :
" مَنْ تَخَطَّى حَلْقَةَ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَهُوَ عَاصٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
قُلْتُ : وَيَأْتِي حَدِيثٌ فِي الْفِتَنِ فِي الِاضْطِجَاعِ بَيْنَ الْقَوْمِ .
" مَنْ تَخَطَّى حَلْقَةَ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَهُوَ عَاصٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
قُلْتُ : وَيَأْتِي حَدِيثٌ فِي الْفِتَنِ فِي الِاضْطِجَاعِ بَيْنَ الْقَوْمِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever steps over the necks of people into their circle without their permission is disobedient."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Ja'far bin al-Zubayr, who is matruk (abandoned). (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: A hadith about lying down among people will come later in the Book of Tribulations (al-Fitan).
