وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : كُنَّا جُلُوسًا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَعَطَسَ فَحَمِدَ اللهَ ، فَقَالُوا : يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " يَهْدِيكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ عَزْرَةَ وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: We were sitting with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace and blessings be upon him) sneezed and praised Allah Almighty. The people said: "May Allah Almighty have mercy on you." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "May Allah Almighty keep you firm upon guidance and set your affairs right."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Asbat bin Azrah, and I do not know him. The rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
